Property sales for May were up + 145% over 2020 
Total properties sold in May 2021 were, 208 – 159 Homes & 49 Condos
Median Sales Price for a Home – $2,280,000 +95%
Median Sales Price for a Condo – $825,000 +2%
Months of Inventory – 1.20
39% of offers were “All Cash Sales”
