Well, according to the numbers 2021 is off to a great start for our local real estate market.

Here is a quick overview of the stats for February 2021 compared to 2020 at the same time

Sales for February were up +7% over 2020 
Total properties sold in February 2021 were, 137 – 110 Homes & 27 Condos
Median Sales Price for a Home – $1,914,000 +61%
Median Sales Price for a Condo – $865,000 27%
Months of Inventory – 1.40
35% of offers were “All Cash Sales”
